“Beauty happens whenever your soul truth is expressed.”
—Aviva Gold
Intuition Painting® is not about technique or making something beautiful. It's about bypassing the inner critic, following your instincts, and discovering what wants to emerge when you stop trying to control the outcome. I had been painting for years as a hobby — always playing it safe, always small, always controlled. I was looking for a way to break free. I found it. No experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up and let go.
What is Intuition Painting?
Intuition Painting® is a guided creative process that uses spontaneous painting, meditation, and inner reflection to help you access what's already living inside you — your instincts, your emotions, your unlived stories.
You won't be taught technique or told what to paint. Instead you'll be guided to listen inward, follow what feels alive, and let the canvas become a mirror for your inner world. Through a six-phase process weaving together meditation, creative prompts, and spontaneous painting, you'll move beyond what your thinking mind wants to control and into something deeper.
What shows up on the canvas often has very little to do with art and everything to do with you. People leave with unexpected clarity, a sense of release, and sometimes something that feels quietly like transformation.
It's not something I can fully explain. It's something you have to experience.
“I’m not sure what all I imagined the session could be— but it was more than. I really appreciated being part of it. —Lisa F.
“You were a FABULOUS facilitator!! The painting space was very well laid out!! The workshop flowed very well, with great prompts from you, and a safe space to share and explore. —Tina P.
