ABOUT ME
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the places where the inner life meets creative expression. After more than 35 years as an interior designer and business owner, I followed a quieter calling—one that led me to the yoga mat, the Reiki table, and to a paintbrush.
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019 and have been teaching ever since, offering meditation, yin, slow movement, and restorative practices that invite students to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with themselves. Around the same time, I trained in Reiki, a Japanese energy healing practice rooted in the belief that the body already knows how to heal, and sometimes it simply needs space and support to do so.
Even as my teaching deepened, something kept calling me toward creativity. For years I paired practices such as mandala making and journal making with Yoga Nidra, sensing there was something profoundly healing at the intersection of stillness and creative expression. I just hadn’t found the right container for it yet.
Then, almost by accident, I discovered Intuition Painting®. Something in me immediately said yes. I signed up for a five-day retreat, arrived not quite knowing what to expect, and found exactly what I had been searching for. I returned home and enrolled in the facilitator certification training.
What I discovered is that Intuition Painting® is not about technique or making something beautiful. It is about quieting the inner critic, following your instincts, and discovering what wants to emerge when you stop trying to control the outcome. In many ways, it is the same invitation yoga and Reiki have been offering all along.
I create experiences that invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and trust your inner wisdom. Through yoga, Reiki, meditation, and intuitive creativity, I offer gentle pathways back to the person you’ve always been.
I believe transformation becomes possible when we create enough space to listen deeply—to the body, to the breath, to the heart, and to the quiet wisdom within.
Today, I teach weekly yoga classes, lead yoga and Intuition Painting® workshops and retreats, offer Reiki trainings and private healing sessions in Columbus, Ohio, and serve as an adjunct instructor in the Interior Architecture program at Ohio University. Whether I’m guiding a class, facilitating a creative process, or designing a learning environment, my intention is the same: to create spaces that support presence, curiosity, healing, and authentic self-connection.
If you're longing to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what wants to emerge, I'd love to connect.
