Peaceful Patterns: Mandala Making & Yoga Nidra Meditation

  • GoYoga Worthington 105 West Wilson Bridge Road Worthington, OH, 43085 United States (map)

Slow down, turn inward, and let your creativity guide you. This unique workshop blends the deep rest of Yoga Nidra with the meditative process of creating mandala art.

We’ll begin with grounding breath work and a guided Yoga Nidra practice to quiet your mind, soften your body, and awaken your imagination. From that place of deep stillness and clarity, you’ll move into a gentle mandala art practice, using shapes, patterns, and color as a form of self-expression and reflection. Mandalas, with their circular and symmetrical patterns, represent unity, harmony, and interconnectedness. The process of creating a mandala while in a deeply relaxed state can help bring a sense of peace and balance, allowing you to connect with your intentions and inner wisdom.

And if creating your own art feels like too much, coloring pages will be available for an equally meditative experience.

This journey is about process over product, rest over rush, and reconnection with your creative spirit. All materials provided—just come as you are, ready to relax, restore, and create from a place of peace.

Investment: $55 (GoYoga members $45) includes materials
